The event focuses on #LeanLogistics – featuring practical lectures, exclusive tours, and best practices directly from the multi-award-winning Lean Hospital concept of the Graz clinic. The event is aimed at decision-makers and specialists in hospital operations, logistics, and process planning – offering ample space for exchange, networking, and new impulses.
A get-together for personal exchange will take place on the evening before. The number of participants is limited to 150.
