- Development of the specialist logistics concept for the new functional extension covering: Pharmacy, Laboratory, Emergency Department (ED), Radiology, CSSD, Central OR, Outpatient Surgery, and Urology (incl. case cart logistics)
- Contribution to spatial and functional planning
- Participation in regular planning meetings with architects and planners
